About adrian moodley
After completing his studies at UKZN Howard College, Adrian had registered his articles with Shashi Marajh and Company, where he had gained knowledge in trial advocacy . With a strong focus on Civil, Criminal and Labour matters.
After admission Adrian stayed on as an attorney honing his craft and building a client base.
He left to Join SEESA South Africa’s largest Labour consulting firm where he worked as a Legal Advisor and training facilitator. During these years he gained knowledge of different businesses and their needs from a legal perspective as he formed part of a team that serviced 5000 clients.
He thereafter joined Consolidated Employers Organisation as a Dispute Resolution Official attending to matters for clients/members at the CCMA and relevant bargaining Councils on a daily basis.
After consulting for various attorneys Adrian joined Derik Jaftha Attorneys which is one of the Leading Employment Law boutique firms. At DJ Attorneys, Adrian had serviced a select client base with a strong focus on results orientated approach to legal issues. Representing South Africa’s largest trade unions, large scale companies and individuals with the same focus, whilst maintaining the personal touch that is distinctly missing from professional services in today’s fast growing world.
